What to do in an emergency
If you feel your pet requires urgent or emergency treatment then please call the practice - 044 93 49686. For calls during practice hours, one of our receptionists will either arrange for you to come in straight away or transfer you to a member of the clinical staff.
If you have an emergency or require urgent treatment outside normal practice hours you will be advised to contact our Out of Hours partner EMERGE
EMERGE is a dedicated emergency and critical care service staffed by both specialists and emergency veterinarians experienced in treating urgent life-threatening conditions.
Think of them as the pet equivalent of the Accident and Emergency department of a hospital!
